We collect information you provide directly (account details, call instructions), automatically generated data (call transcripts, usage analytics), and technical information (device type, browser, IP address for security purposes).

Your information is used to provide AI call services, generate transcripts and summaries, improve service quality, ensure security, and communicate with you about your account and service updates.

3. Call Recording and Transcription

Calls are transcribed for your records using secure AI processing. Audio recordings are not stored unless specifically requested. All transcripts are encrypted and accessible only to you and authorized service personnel.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with service providers who help operate our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements), law enforcement when legally required, or business successors in case of merger or acquisition.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption, secure data centers, regular security audits, and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

6. Data Retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Call transcripts are stored for 1 year unless deleted earlier by you. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings. You may request data export, opt out of non-essential communications, and delete your account at any time.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use necessary cookies for service functionality, analytics cookies to improve our service (with your consent), and session cookies for account security. You can control cookie preferences in your browser.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with phone carriers and AI processing services. These third parties have their own privacy policies and are bound by our data protection agreements.

10. International Users

If you're outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.
